Welcome to Intune Learning Hub, an online learning platform operated by Intune Development Centre (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of the Learning Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Learning Hub. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.


You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.


We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or inappropriate activity.

4. Courses and Programmes

Courses may be free or paid.


Access to course materials is granted for the period specified at the time of enrolment.


Some courses are accredited or aligned with CISCO Networking Academy, EON-XR, or SETA standards; this will be stated in the course description.


We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue courses at any time.

5. Payment and Refunds

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.


Payments must be completed before course access is granted.


Refunds are only issued if requested within 7 days of purchase and if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.


Certain promotional or discounted purchases may be non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, and resources are owned by Intune Development Centre or our partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.


You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute course content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).


Your information is used to provide learning services, communicate with you, and comply with legal requirements.

9. Disclaimers

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all course content is error-free or suitable for every learner’s specific needs.


Completion of a course does not guarantee employment or business success.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Learning Hub.


Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Learning Hub, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
